The process utilised by Hornbee is founded on competency assessments.  Our personalised service begins with a free consulting session to determine what you have and to clarify your overall objectives.

 

Thereafter Hornbee will provide you with a detailed Learning and Development Spec © which will provide you with various options to take your Learning and Development to the next level.

Program Design

The next step in the Learning and Development Value Chain © is to provide you with a personalised Learning and Development Training Plan from which a detailed Program Design ©is developed.

 

Using Hornbee’s expertise in curricula design, you will walk away with a personalised Program Design © (or learning curriculum) which details the individual and company learning pathways towards certification or qualification.

 

The benefit of the Program Design © is that as a Learning and Development professional you will have a personalised blueprint for your company/organisation against which you can effectively implement training.  This blueprint takes the pain out of your workplace skills plan, training co-ordination and annual training reports by bringing the information together into a consolidated Program Design ©

 

Learner Achievement

Using the Hornbee Program Design © you are now able to identify Recognition of Prior Learning opportunities.

 

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) formally recognises individual competence through prior experience and learning which provides the individual with certification towards part or whole qualifications.  This form of learning achievement is suitable if you have more than three year’s working experience in any field and require formal recognition or certification.
